Thank you - a wonderful weekend. We always feel nurtured in every cell of our beings - and the weather wasn't bad either!! (And thanks to Bev for her great cooking).

Yoga with Ken was, as always, stretching and uplifting. The bonus was moving the 'studio' out onto the deck and practising with a view of the sea and a breeze in the trees - in March!!

An enjoyable weekend with the right mix of stimulating sessions and opportunity to explore and embrace the lovely location with new friends.

I really enjoyed the weekend and have come away with more positive thoughts as well as some addresses of the interesting new people I met. Your weeked has certainly boosted me on my current quest to widen my horizons…!

We had the pleasure of staying one night at the Grange in November 2013 and would definitely recommend it as an ideal base for a visit to the Isle of Wight. The room was delightful with very comfy beds and the breakfast was superb with the added bonus of fresh tea, coffee and cakes available throughout the day. We were made to feel very welcome and Jenni was especially helpful. We hope to return again in 2014 for a longer stay and look forward to it very much.

The Grange was a perfect setting for this inspiring and memorable holiday. The friendly and discreetly efficient staff contributed much to the warm and welcoming atmosphere in which the courses and celebration took place. The two facilitators complemented each other perfectly and were a constant source of stimulus and enlightenment - and fun. I can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday - one of the best of this kind that I have ever attended.

New Year was a beautifully held and run few days in the expert hands of Kate & Alison. Lots of fun activities to make New Year a memorable experience. Good food and company in lovely surroundings.

The Grange has been a lovely setting to see in the New Year. The short walk to the sea and into Shanklin is very handy. It's been great to be able to walk on the beach every day.

A very interesting and cohesive group of people, with whom I had a stimulating time.
